    • What is the TAKKLE Affiliate Program?
      The TAKKLE Affiliate Program is a way of earning money by promoting TAKKLE on and off the web. Participants in our program will earn rewards based on each new member that joins the TAKKLE community as a result of a referral.
    • How do I access my account?
      Visit http://affiliate.takkle.com/affiliates and login with the credentials you setup after your account was created.
    • How do I get started?
      It's a simple process: read the Affiliate Agreement, fill out the Application, and when TAKKLE accepts your application, you will be notified via email about how to link to us and start earning money.
    • Can I participate if I live outside the U.S. or Canada?
      Yes. However, only referred members living in the U.S. or Canada will count toward your total number of referrals. Payments are made in U.S. Dollars.
    • Can I use my website to promote TAKKLE through this program?
      Yes. However, TAKKLE reserves the right to refuse any site for any reason. In particular, websites that are pornographic, encourage illegal activity or racism, feature hard liquor, tobacco products, gambling, or violate any law are not be eligible for the program.

  • Tracking and Payment

    • How does TAKKLE track how many people visit and register based on my referral?
      TAKKLE uses proprietary software to track how many new users were generated using your promotional materials. By logging in to http://affiliate.takkle.com/affiliates you can see a count of your current earnings.
    • How do I change my password?
      Under the Edit Profile page, select the tab for "My Account". There you will be able to change your password, and other key information about yourself.
    • How much will I earn for each registered member whom I refer to TAKKLE?

      We agree to pay you for each new Takkle.com user registration that is generated from your site according to these terms:

      Monthly Registrations Commission Rate
      0 - 50 Registrations $1.00
      51 - 100 Registrations $1.25
      101 - 199 Registrations $1.50
      200+ Registrations $2.00

      Referral fees due will be calculated on a monthly basis based on the number of new Takkle user registrations that you refer to Takkle.com each month. No referral fees shall be payable if a visitor leaves the Takkle.com site without fully completing the user registration.

    • When and how do I get paid?
      When the total referral fee payment(s) due to you exceeds $25.00 per month (including any balances of less than $25.00 from prior months), at the end of any calendar month, you shall be paid by a company check for the applicable referral fee (less any taxes required to be withheld under applicable law). Such referral fee checks shall be sent approximately thirty (30) days after the end of each calendar month earned and shall be paid in US dollars only. If we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have breached this Agreement, we may (without limiting any other rights or remedies available to us) withhold any referral fees otherwise payable to you under this Agreement. As a condition to payment of a referral fee, you must provide Takkle.com all information reasonably necessary for Takkle.com to process payments to you in accordance with any and all applicable laws and regulations. This includes, but is not limited to your tax identification number (for businesses located in the US).

  • Setting up promotional materials and links

    • How can I download graphics and logos from TAKKLE to my website?
      You can access these from the web interface at: http://affiliate.takkle.com after you create an account, in the "Banner" section
    • May I link to TAKKLE from more than one website?
      Yes. You are welcome to link to TAKKLE from multiple Web sites. However, TAKKLE reserves the right to refuse any site for any reason. In particular, websites that are pornographic, encourage illegal activity or racism, feature hard liquor, tobacco products, gambling, or violate any law would not be eligible for the program.

  • Promotional Activities

    • How can I promote TAKKLE?
      You can promote TAKKLE in any way, online or offline, using our materials or yours. However, you may not violate any U.S. laws (local, state, or federal) or terms of agreements of websites in doing so. If you have questions concerning this policy, please e-mail affiliate@takkle.com
    • Can I send unsolicited e-mail to promote TAKKLE?
      No. You cannot send unsolicited email (aka spam) in any way. There will be no leniency in cases of unsolicited email, and affiliates in violation of this policy will forfeit their commissions and be removed from the program.
    • Can I issue a press release or other kind of announcement regarding my affiliation with TAKKLE?
      No. TAKKLE will author and issue any announcements to the media. Violators of this policy will forfeit all commissions and TAKKLE will take appropriate subsequent legal action.
