Zack, A senior first baseman at Hidden Valley High, won the International High School power Showcase Home Run Derby with two rounds of eight homers at Tropicana Field. Last Year he hit .437 with 10 homers and 43 RBIs and led the Titans to the Group AA final.

Brad, A senior at Cherry Hill High School East, is believed to be the only athlete in the U.S. with Down syndrome to play varsity basket ball and golf. As a basketball forward, he has scored 16 points this season. He is also New Jersey's Special Olympics Gold medalist in golf.

Ashley, a senior forward at the Greenhill School, ended her high school career with 17 goals and 20 assists as she led the Hornets to the Southwest Preparatory Conference semifinals. A member of the under-17 national team in 2007, she signed to play for Duke.

Jennifer, a senior at William Harrison High, is the top American under 18 under 18 in the 100-yard backstroke (54.37). She won gold at junior nationals in 2006 and bronze in the '07 senior nationals and has qualified for the Olympic trials in the 100 back and 100 butterfly.

Teresa, a senior midfielder at Palo Alto High, was named girls' player of the year for 2007 by Parade and the National Soccer Coaches Association of America/Adidas. She has 15 goals and five assists for the Vikings in 15 games this season.

Courtney, a senior guard at Cohoes High, tied the national high school record for most three-pointers in a game when she made 15 in the Tigers' win over Schalmont. She averages 14.0 points and leads New York's Section II withe 53 three-pointers.

Spindrift, a junior at The Hockaday School, set a national independent-school record in the 100-yard breaststroke (1:00.66), breaking the mark of Olympian Caroline Bruce. She has qualified for the Olympic trials in three events (200 individual medley, 100 and 200 breast).
Lancos, a recent graduate of Middletown High School North, was named first-team all-state after scoring four goals and having nine assists while starring on defense as a sweeper. She was the state player of the year as a junior and is on the U.S. under-20 national team.
George, a junior running back at Calumet High, blocked five extra points in one game, a 53-26 loss to Whiting. This season he ran 122 times for 1,210 yards, scored 22 touchdowns (19 rushing, three receiving) and was honorable mention all-state.
Montee, a junior running back at Timberland High, gained at least 187 rushing yards in each of the Timberwolves' 12 games. He led the St. Louis metro area with 3,077 yards, scored 32 touchdowns and was named first-team all-state in Missouri's Class 4.
