ok so its my senior year and we got a new coach. i love love love volleyball. BUT my team doesnt ever seem to agree. We all want to be right at the same time and i want to talk to my new coach before things get out of hand but i dont know if he will take it as me trying to tak...

when i played volleyball i had to keep telling the girls to stand on the balls of their feet, but they wouldn't. up to this day they are still slow on their feet, what else can we do for our team to make them quicker?

I really need help. My team last season had fairly good individual players for our varsity team, but the thing is, our attitudes got in the way. as the season went along i tried my best to get the team to do more "team-like" things, it never worked. i know next volleyball seas...
