Hardest event in track is....
Personally i think the 400 and the 500 are the hardest events bc you need strength like you do in the 100. but you also need endurance like in the 800. you also have to be smart because if you do 1 thing wrong your race is over

400m is the hardest...add hurdles to that race and ull die on the last 150 meters. 400m hurdles is the hardest race

I would say the 800 i can 53 in a 400 but can barely break 2:10 in an 800

I agree completely(those last 100m in the 400m kill!). But we can't forget about the 300 (&400) hurdlers. :)

400M agreed, because its a sprint, but its twice the length of the next longest sprint event
