Higher Jump Help
Iv been trying all kinds of things to get a higher jump, but cant seem to get up there. Cna someoone give me some advice?

you want help?try going to www.airalert.com i'm 5'6" i jump 20" inches standing.it works.if you really want to dunk this it.thank me at least when you use it?

yeah work out your legs thats all you can do but when you get higher its harder to make it took me a while when i made my jumpshot higher. your gonna have to learn your shot all over like your gonna have to adjust your ark on the ball and the power you realease.but iam sure you can do it with a lil time put into it
