lean against a wall and have someone stretch your leg as high as it will go and slowly raise it up, and hold it. then turn around and have your chest on the wall and pull the leg up torwards your head and slowly lift it up, and hold it. pretty much try scales and heel stretches. then sit in a split.
well i really dont know any stretches but all i did to get my splits was stretch it.....like i would go down as far as i could and i would just hold it for as long as i could and i would just do this till i got it. and the more i did it the more felxable i became. it just takes practice.
