Not a problem... a opinion
ok so its my senior year and we got a new coach. i love love love volleyball. BUT my team doesnt ever seem to agree. We all want to be right at the same time and i want to talk to my new coach before things get out of hand but i dont know if he will take it as me trying to take over his job. I just want everyone to get along and to have a good season. I doubt that we'll make it to state because of our "issues". And the new girl is already starting things up with most of the girls on the team. So idk what i am supposed to do as a leader!!! whats your opinion?

When you girls are in a stretch circle, try to talk to the team then. If that doesn't work then talk after practice. Dont do it before because that can cause problems and then you girls wont work as a team. Try having team bonding at a teammate's house. Maybe movie night, sleepover, or a BBQ... anything that brings the team together. See what happens then. If the problem continues, just simply talk to coach. Mention that there are issues with the team and you need help. I don't see how that can be like taking her coaching job away. Message me to tell me what you think. I'd like to see how it progresses.
