I like to use an elbow pass. Grab the elbow, pass it over your head as you lower your level, then take the easy double-leg takedown. But as you get the shot run instead of lift and plant him on his back. Then you got him.
I think the elbow and post is a good one. The double bicep tie up is great too, I hit lots of Hi-C's from there. The russian tie up is good too, cause the leg is right there once u get it.
