Summer Training - Season's Around the Corner
What has everyone been doing for their preseason training? Conditioning practices and double sessions (two-a-days) are just around the corner. Probably my least favorite part of the season because it's a million degrees outside and you're out in that heat running like dawwwwgs.

well in the winter I did wrestling this spring I did track and during the summer I am on a club soccer team and work landscaping

hey dude. lets see. if i were you it would all depend on the position. but all around do alot of lifting and sprints. because in football you dont really need the arobic type of workouts. id say do at least 5-40 yard dashes a day along with small ten yard sprints. then of course always hit up the weight room.
