felicia Posted: Jul 18, 2008 at 04:23 PM EDT

hey im felicia. i'm a sophomore at big spring high school. i'm 5'4" and weigh 135. i havent been lifting for too long, i think it's been since the end of march, and i already lift more than all of the jr high team and some of the jv team. i started with the jr. high football(7-9th grade)workout and now i do the varsity football workout but i dont lift with the varsity players because one of them started a fight with me and some are intimidated by me. the football coach said i'd prob hold the record for female weight room records at my school but i'm not sure if we even have any since out weight room is only a few years old. i have wrist and ankle problems from field hockey and fighting so they sometimes effect how much i lift. is there any way i can strengthen my wrists, ankles, and possibly even my shoulders which i injured playing lacrosse?

max bench~125, parallel squat~185, box squat~205, deadlift~165, powerclean~105, shoulder press~90, legpress~ 180, underhand lat pulldown~110.

Hey everyone!!! Im a freshman at New Braunfels Tx. Canyon High School.. im 5'7 tailback, free safety, and powerlifter i run my 40 in a 4.70, my bench is 215lbs, powerclean 200lbs, deadlift 405lbs, squat 380 with bands and squat suit but without it its 315lbs,my powerpress is 180lbs, im in the 148lbs weight class this year and has been undefeated so far in all the tx. powerlifting meets ive been in. i run every morning and evening and do 200 push ups every night if i can remember to ha.... the only thing i need to work on is my technique at the weights and learning to breath right while lifting.
