does any one have any tips on reaction times off the blocks cause my coach said i was to slow but i dont know how to speed up the reaction times

I'm a swimmer from houston tx and love it so much. I started my freshman yr and now i cant get enough of it. i love the 50, 500 400 relay and anything freestyle =]

I've been a swimmer for 9, going on 10 years next season. I'm a freshman in high school and throughout varsity i swam the 500, 200, 100bk, 100fly, 400fr relay, 200m relay, and the 200fr relay. I'm also diving next fall season because two of the top divers in the state of NY graduated from my team recently.

ey...i'm a swimmer and i swim 50 free and the 200 free relay and the 200 medley relay...i used to swim fly until i injured my shoulder so now i'm not allowed to...i lov it tho and i still swim it...not competitively of course...lol...o well tho...i'm still kickin...lol

im a swimmer from kokomo, indiana. i swim pretty much everything...but my strong points are in the 50 free(23.47), 200 IM( 2:09.67), 100 free(52.26), and the 100 breast(1:06.14). if any of u have questions about swimming or about this category...give me a shout...and look at my pics if u dont believe me. : )

i swim for neshaminy in and around philadelphia i swim the 500! and the 200! in highschool anyone swim in southeast pennsylvania?

i swim the 500, 1000 and next year at college ill be doing the 1650. im excited. swimming gave me permanent knee damage but i love the sport so i cant help but swim =]

i didn't make it out of middle school w/out injuries. but when i'm hurt i just push through the practice and go home and ice it or put heat on it, unless it hurts really bad, then i stretch it during practice and stop kicking/pulling, depending on which injury, for a while till it feels good enough to move and then i still take it easy for the rest of practice.
