does anyone out here have a diet plan that they stick to so that they're in shape? Want to give a fellow vaulter a few tips on a good diet?

Hi, I'm a freshman. So far I have cleared 9 foot, but I'd like to clear about 10-8 by my senior year to beat the school record. Does anyone have any good tips for me?

hey im a freshman vaulter and me and another kid do at my school but weve got no where to practice less we go to another town we get 7-8.6ft but we need improvement ne advice

All right guys... I'm new here, so I'm wondering who goes the highest. My record is 9'9" which, for all you guys out there, is the equivalent of 11'6" on the men's level.

I know how to do the vault and what not, but my problem is speed. Anbody know tips cause I'm used to running without lifting my knees.
