hey guys, i was a starting keeper for my varsity team as a freshman because our other keeper was to old to play XD. I'm good except for those deflected shots, I just hate those cause i think i have it but then deflects off my defense and in.XD

hey simon i am new too but i have some advice. one thing that you can do is get an object that is three feet in height....then all you have to do is dive over it....repetition builds muscle and mental memory so that it will come automatic in practice and in games.

heyy everyone i just joined here so yeah im new :P nice site though. i actually seeked out the goalie group so I could ask some advice... although i play soccer plenty of times during the week with my teams, i try to train as much as i can at home by myself as well. i was wondering if you had some suggestions for goalie exercises (not muscle exercises, i got those down pat) that dont require a lot of materials (a ball? a wall? gloves i guess) which i could do at home?
