Well, heres the thing. I'm a new cheerleader. I'm an original soccer player and I need HELP!!! I need some tips on how to get more flexible. I need to have a better toe touch, hurdler and a better pike (the one I have is like non existent. So help me PLEASE!!!

WOOO cheer rocks! I hate thoose people who say that cheerleading is just all 'go team go' when it is soo much more. Throwing people in the air and doing rank awesome tricks is the best. Its way more dangerous than people give it credit for too. Sure football can be dangerous but they aren't falling from around 10 feet in the air! Cheerleading is all about team sprit not only for the people you are cheering for but also the cheer squad that you are in. Cheerleading season is my favorite time of year because I get to work with my friends and have lots of fun do crazy amazing things.
