    • “I tell them that when I’m scouting a player, watching film, the minute I see a guy jogging a route, that film goes in the garbage.” I encourage every potential recruit to remember that quote and compete on every single play of your athletic lives. You never know who is watching! http://www.ncsasports.org/saef-takkle

Mack Posted: Dec 22, 2009 at 08:22 PM EST

Hi, my name is Mack. I play Football as a Center and a Defensive Tackle for my high school and a club team in the Ottawa area. I live in Canada and I fear that my skill is going unnoticed because of a lack of scouts at my games. I won the starting center job in grade 9 over a guy who was much bigger than me and been elected to play in my club teams league All-Star Game twice. I want to play in the NCAA but a couple of CIS schools have already approached me. I'm in grade 10 now. My life dream is to make it to the pros. "Respect All, Fear None, No Quit".

I am 5' 10" with a solid top spin serve. i stay fit all year and do not get tired or frustrated on the court. every free time i get i get on the court or the track and when i am injured i do my best to not exacerbate my injury.
