hey find powerpullproducts.com on web start training like the Egyptians Tug Of War is the answer Use POWERPULL Tug Of War ropes they are #1 there is no Training tool like it!in two mins all athletes are totally drained of there power and do 2 min sets best of 3 pulls this is total training but you dont relize it because its so much FUN and Competitive!!remember POWERPULLPRODUCTS.COM thats ANSWER !!!
