i have a few bad injuries, not as bad as they could be though a flyer kept coming down on me in a cradle, and when i was learning how to do a lib, she fell on my neck i got a cyst in my wrist , idk why it just happened lol then i got a blood pocket it my arm from getting elbowed during cradling and i almost had to get surgery IT SUCKED.

the worst injury i've had so far in my cheerleading career was when i was in a full extention and bases and front spotters didn't catch me.
