hey guys my name is Amanda. I am on JV cheer its my first year ever and i made the squad. I fly every once in a while and i did at one comp butt my coach still wasnt impressed with my bow and arrow (pull through) and wants me to base any good stretching ideas would be the bomb so i can be a permanent flyer. thanks:)
