well i dont really need 2 b able 2 do da splits, but stretchin' and being flexable iz like a requirement 4 sprinter's, especially hurdlers.

hey i was just wondering if anyone can tell me some good stretchs so my splits dont hurt and just to generaly get more flexable.

i know im gona be flyin sid year n all i know how to do is halfs and whole i tried a scorpion but i can't get my leg if anyone have any tips bout stretchin message me

i stretch religiously every time i plan to work on stunts, and yet, my right leg never fails to pull every time i do toe touches. sometimes its the hamstring, other times its the muscle in the inner thigh. I even spend extra time stretching my right leg, and it still manages to end up hurt. any helpfulness would be greatly appreciated.

I CAN DO MY SPLITS WITH BOTH LEGS AND IM WORKIN ON THE MIDDLE ONES. MY ADVICE WOULD BE TO JUST STRETCH EVERY NIGHT. A GOOD ONE I USED WAS TO PUT ONE LEG IN FRONT OF YOU LIKE YOU WOULD IF YOU WERE SITTING INDIAN STYLE THEN PUT THE OTHER ONE BACK SO THE TOP OF YOUR LEG IS ON THE FLOOR AND LAY DOWN ON THAT FRONT LEG. BE CAREFUL TO NOT PULL ANYTHING THO ~ANNA~
