I'm looking for some tips on getting some bigger arms and some abs haha. I don't have a problem with gaining on my lifts they seem to go up like crazy but if you can help me out thatd be awesome

Push-Ups are the best! I weigh 168lbs. and im 5'11 but i bench 245 & squat 385.......push ups & running stairs got me like dat!

Ok well I'm fourteen as of may 3rd and i can bench 325 dont squat or clean for a while due to back injury but what eva. wondering what some peoples maxes are their freshman year msg me up with answers ttyl.

hey, does anyone have any advise on how to gain lean muscle fast? i have been eating a lot of calories and working out about 6-9 times a week...does any one have any suggestions on supplements too?...im not to educated on supplements haha...i bench 205, squat 300, and i can power clean 200, and i would like to increase all of the lifts by 50lb or more by the end of the year. thanks

Hey im Jordan.i am a weight lifter at Chalker High School in Ohio.I weigh 150lbs. Bench- 210 squat-250 deadlift-325. any tips on gaining muscle mass and gaining weight would be helpful thanx
