Hey, :) I just started working out...I Play ALOT of soccer so my upper body strength is so great and I need tips on how to get some more upper body strength (Abs, Biceps, Pectorals, Triceps, Back muscles , etc etc.) I have pretty good abs so I wanna focus more of Biceps. Right now Im doing 50-75 Crunches and 15-30 Pushups a day. Yeah 15-30 I told you lol, all of my muscle is in my legs and i'm a fantastic runner too. Each week I'm gonna add more to the push ups.

Im limited on weights so I want to stick to the Using our own Weight excercises.

for lower chest do barbell bench: 3 sets of 3 and try and make them heavy.. for middle do dumbell bench: 3 sets of 6.. and upper 3 sets of 6... then to add for a more intensive chest workout do pec deck 3 sets of 6... cable forward flys 3 sets of 11... then cable lateraly down flys 3 sets of 11

I'm looking for some tips on getting some bigger arms and some abs haha. I don't have a problem with gaining on my lifts they seem to go up like crazy but if you can help me out thatd be awesome

Push-Ups are the best! I weigh 168lbs. and im 5'11 but i bench 245 & squat 385.......push ups & running stairs got me like dat!

Ok well I'm fourteen as of may 3rd and i can bench 325 dont squat or clean for a while due to back injury but what eva. wondering what some peoples maxes are their freshman year msg me up with answers ttyl.
