im just a freshman 300hh are deff my favorite but deff the hardest and whoever said 400HH were hard no they rnt theyre acctually easier to pace then 300

I run the 110 and 300, can't remember my times from last year, but im looking forward to this season, my senior year.

whats up? i run 400 and 110s the 400 hurdle is the hardest even in track by far but i love it

Having run the hurdles only my Junior year I know of this event, "Fall & recovery to the finish line" was my reply to the timers, was all I would say at the end of the race. My Senior year I ran the 600m, competed among the likes of Mike Starr and more. Competed in the top 93% of the nation in the 600m 1981-82. Norwich HS, Norwich, NY.
