My track season finished in mid June. Missed states by 0.02 secs. It was super frustrating! To double that, it happen twice. In the 100m (12.6). and the 200m. (26.1)

hey i am now a two-time state champion in the IHSA Class A 4x800 meter relay. This year we ran a sub 8 time to take home the gold (7:57.09). I was only a junior this year so hopefully next year we can three-peat. I ran a 1:59 split and am looking to maybe run in college. Check out my profile for pictures.

I just finished my first year of track. I run in the 100m (12.6), 200m(26.5) and the 4x100m(47.3). Even though i still have a couple more years to get faster, I want to get faster soon. Does anyone have any tips for me?

my track season just ended in may. it was my 1st year to run, won the open-800 meter race at every meet & my 4x8 team won every race too. at sectionals my 4x8 team placed 2nd & i got 7th in the open-800 meter race(top 6 go to state). when we got to state my 4x8 team was ranked 9th out of 10 teams & we placed 5th! Go us! i think my 1st year went pretty cool-cant wait till next season.

p.s.-our girls placed 6th at state in the 3A divison and our guys place 1st!!!!! Go Golden Bears!
