I have a question, how do u find out your muscle mass and the precentage of body fat that u have. Because i have a good amount of muscle for a girl i mean im almost at squattin 200 ima at 185n dats da most in my school, but i wanan kno wmy body fat so i can improve it.

Joseph-Six Star Whey Protein. That stuff keeps off the fat but puts on muscle. not too much but just enough. now if ur lookin 4 the good !#%*, take six star creatine. that puts on muscle like crazy with every workout session but it !!%#! up ur liver. thats what happened 2 me. idk if it does that 2 every1 but thats what happened.
