Beckham is an athletic, supremely talented player with potential above average defensive ability at the Major League level. His actions are smooth, fluid and easy. His right handed stroke is solid overall, and he shows occasional power. His athletic ability should help him develop further with the bat, though even if he didn't his defensive ability and speed alone would still keep him among the top prospects in the 2008 class.

First off, his hometown is Griffin. I have watch Tim growup, and he is just as good as he is reported to be. I follow Griffin Baseball and have family on the team. In the last two years he as really matured. He is a good leader, and plays SS as good as any I have seen at his age. He runs the bases gracefully, and he's hard to stop
