The Lowdown
- About Me:
- hockey = life, i play for a travel team cause the highschool team isnt that great. I was an assisstant captain durring the 06-07 season and i had 47 points - 23g's and 24a's. The teams record was 30-18-7. The best record thus far for our team and it placed us 4th in division 1 in our league overall. Durring the season we had a tournament up in Lake Placid where we placed 2nd and I won the shootout in a skills competititon by performing the "Rob Heisy" between the legs, 360, lacross style, goal. CHECK OUT MY VID OF ME DOIN IT!!! A teamate and I also won the relay race as well. Durring our playtoffs we unfortunatley lost in the semifinals, I plan on fixing that for my last season with the team. After that, i hope to play college hockey, D3. If that doesnt work out, i def. plan on playing for some league somewhere, but i wont stop playing. Durring the offseason, i play in a small roller hockey league where i was 3rd for overall goals scored with 4th place at least 10 goals behind. I also play for a spring league team and a summer league team. I also attend camps run by Bernie Cassell, the former training coach for the Pro NHL team New York Islanders and now the assisstant coach for the Semi Pro team Bridgeport Soundtigers. And if thats not enough, i also work at an ice rink and get in at least 2 hours of skating a day.--------Team Website: www.secyh.org
