Offense-Defense Football

Tyson combines the size, speed, and smarts. He has the ability to keep blockers off of him, and quickly shed them. His strength is his solid wrap-up tackling techniques. A great run rusher, he also possesses outstanding pass-rushing skills. Mark Richt and the Bulldogs' faithful will be reminded of Richard Seymour when they watch Tyson play between the hedges.

im a DT and i was hoping that u could give me a couple pointers cuz right now im starting on the sophmore team but there is a guy competing with me fro the starting spot. also wat kind of workouts do u do to get built
