Scouting Report

Offense-Defense Football

Likely one of the top three running back prospects in the country, Calhoun is the complete package. He possesses speed, power, explosiveness and the ability to make tacklers miss. He turns short gains into big plays, and is an excellent receiving back.

from my personal experience as a district rival of the van vandals, i can tell you that calhoun is for real... i dont think he will live up to the adrian peterson hype he is getting but he will definately be good for OU.

this is weak. I love how they show like 4 clips of him getting stuffed. And a 4.62. dang. I'm a freshman white boy who ran a 4.84 the day after a track meet and a lifting competition

I played against Calhoun my Jr. and Sr. year which would be his Soph. and Jr. but Van still had there other outstanding running back Crawford so they split playing time..but Calhoun you couldn’t hit him high or he would overpower you. couldn’t hit his legs because its like hitting a brick wall he just keeps his feet moving. Not saying that he’s impossible to take down its just that he’s an outstanding runner and ungodly strong…I also played against Lennon Creer which is now at University of Tennessee which was a top recruited running back in the nation his Jr. and Sr. year and lets just say this I felt safer lining up on the other side of Lennon Creer than knowing I’m fixing to have Jermie Calhoun running at me!!
