Scouting Report

Offense-Defense Football

A big man with good speed and acceleration, Tate excels in man coverage. His size generates mismatches in the secondary. If he can improve his speed and techniques, Tate has the talent to be an excellent wide receiver for any program.

kenny is amazingly fast. i think he's even better on kick and punt returns than as a wide receiver. like devin hester on the bears.
