I am pretty good. I have been doing great in discus, have a new bf, and life is pretty great I guess I can say that. hbu? idk if I told you, but I threw 102'9" at an invitational! And yes that is good...lol

lol yeah .. it was in ottawa for 17U and its in calgary for 16U.. i hope we do :) lol im on facebook more too

lol yeah... we played the team that came 2nd in the semis actually .. but they should have won.. the semi final game should have been the finals, we lost 18-16 in the third game.. and it was a crazy game, but both teams just took everything out of each other in that game and neither of us had anything left for the last game.. but still, 4th isnt that bad.. we still have nationals so we'll just OWN there :)

hows soccer and track going? i've been alright.. i have mono actually, so ive been off sports and school.. its so sucky.. lol
