Ally's stick work and understanding of the game make her head and shoulders above other people on the field. Ally was a member of the Skywalkers based in Baltimore, MD.

heyy...im going to be a sophmore next year and was recently on my varsity lax squad as a freshman but i dont feel like my skill is where it should be. i was just wondering if you have any tips or advice for me to improve my game?

hey...my high school just got a lacrosse team for the first year. I want to join, but I need advice! Got any? I'm also trying to decide whether to play lacrosse instead of tennis.
