- I'm a hard worker and a better player. I've learned a lot about baseball under the wing of coach Rusty Miller who went to Marietta College and has close ties with the head batting instructure for the Florida Marlins, John Mallel. I may not be the tallest person on the mound but I can throw a fastball low eighties, my curveball breaks from your head to your ankles, the change-up slows anywhere from low eighties to high-to-low fifties, and I've got a progressing slider and splitter. I can cover more ground in center field than any other person in the district, and my base running smarts are close to the best in the league. During All-Stars last year I played for the National team in Zanesville. Where we went to state which was held in Mt.Vernon. I had the best batting average which was a little over 700. Also, I keep my teamates heads up the best i can. I treat them like family because I feel they are.
