• I am now 16 years old and by this coming up powerlifting season I plan on squatting 500 or above, dead at least 500 and benching 295-300 all following the powerlifting rules and guidelines. In 2007 my team won the 5A State Championship and we plan on winning it again in 2009. I also throw shot put and run the one mile for track. My usual distance for shot is about 47-50 depending on energy and mood. My one-mile time is usually between 5.05 and 5.17. I use to be on the football team but I decided to focus on track and powerlifting. Any questions do not hesitate to ask!
