South Coast League Champions (7-2-1 record). CIF Southern Section D1 Champions with 5 playoff wins, 3 of which were shut-outs. The quarterfinal game went into double scoreless overtime and then PK's. Tiffany Corder stopped 2 of the 4 penalty kicks she faced against a very talented Nationally-ranked Esperanza team to seal the victory and help San Clemente advance. State Regional Champions with 3 more wins,2 were shut-outs. First time in 45 year school history for San Clemente High School that any team, male or female in any sport, claimed a State title. In 34 games, gave up only 16 goals. Longest streak of holding opponents scoreless was 518 consecutive minutes, 2 minutes shy of the school record. Out of the 142 saves for the season, 50 of them were made in the 8 playoff games.
