    • hey everyone, i'm dana miller. I am a sophomore at Canon Mac High School. I throw shot in indoor track and discus and shotput in outdoor track. Discus is my main event. Last year (my freshaman year) I quailified for WPIAL quailifiers with a discus throw of 90 ft. I came out of quailifiers in 6th place. I placed in the top 9 so i went to WPIALS as a freshman. I was the only freshman to go to quailifiers, then i was the only frosh to go to WPIALS. It was a great experience for me seeing competition. My friend Alyson and i went to a throwers camp at Slippery Rock University. I learned new stance and techniques. My furthest throw in dis is 95.6 and I'm hoping to hit over 100 and go to WPIALS again!
