but he didnt do that with a normal grip, his hands were pretty wide that makes it alot tougher

i don't know how many times i can do that, but i can bench 300, and i was only a junior, i know thats not spetacular or anything but it's still pretty good

nice man how many was that im a freshman i can get it 21 times and im only a freshman

i will be impress when he does that many reps of his own weight..but still good

i know a kid that benches 3 plates
