you went out of your backhandspring with your legs bent. i would do these with a spot more so you dont get bad habits. they are really hard to break. but you have guts for throwing it :)

threw yor head back too. try to spot the wall. fnd aspot nd look at it as long as you can before you tuck:)

also you need to set up. Ihave never tried a round off backhandspring tuck on a spring floor but i hae done a round off tuck. I lose my energy! aha. so my suggestion is to really jump up and not back, it looked like you were setting up for a double backhandspring instead of a tuck. you most likely already know this. practice makes perfect!

Yeah, I agree..but tucks are really hard to get the logistics of at first but once you do them for a while over and over again, then you'll start to feel more comfortable with them...so keep practicing!

if you straighten out your legs you will probably feel more powerful in your tumbling. good luck with your tuck.
