you went out of your backhandspring with your legs bent.
i would do these with a spot more so you dont get bad habits.
they are really hard to break.
but you have guts for throwing it :)
also you need to set up. Ihave never tried a round off backhandspring tuck on a spring floor but i hae done a round off tuck. I lose my energy! aha. so my suggestion is to really jump up and not back, it looked like you were setting up for a double backhandspring instead of a tuck. you most likely already know this. practice makes perfect!
Yeah, I agree..but tucks are really hard to get the logistics of at first but once you do them for a while over and over again, then you'll start to feel more comfortable with them...so keep practicing!
