    • Highlights from our season this year, kinda long but well worth watching. Didn't get all of the games in there but got 5 or 6 of them. #4, #20, and #7 were all-state, I was second on the team in total yards per game, 4th in defensive points. I didn't get any honors at all.. o well maybe next year haha.
    • Our musical this year is West Side Story. Paul and I dance for our choreographer on a regular basis. We also enjoy making fool of ourselves. So basically we took it upon ourselves to work out the fight of two

    • Been working with my coach, James Hong, on getting more connected between my body and arms during the swing. I'll jump at the ball, and my lower body spins out, and then I flip through impact. Here, I am much better, but still needs LOTS of work.
    • The sound didn't work. I wasn't going down all the way but I had been working legs for about an hour before this. It isn't a real squat but it's real weight and more or less the same movement.
    • I didn't win but i PR'ed in only my 2nd 200 ever. I'm also the only white boy in the heat and i didn't lose either. i hawked dude on my right shoulder
