if u ground your feet better you mind get more out of it and you do bounce which is only used to help people get past sticking point which i think is a cop out but thats good stuff
This dude is strong no doubt but i dont think he should be bouncing the wait on and off his chest its not safe he will eventually brake a rib or collar bone....be safe dude later..
dude not to be hatin on ya but doing your reps is ALOT easier than when you are controlling the weight all the way down and back up. prolly wont get as many then, you should try it. i can get that 18 times but im controlling it throughout the rep.
you are dum hoover boys are not big they look like chumps they need to play in a region like mine where the smallest linemen are like 6.2 6.3 and hoover sucks now
ok people.. first.. he did 29 reps i dont care if he bounced or not it counts so get over it. second, that andy dude??u need to shut up andy cause no body cares about what people in your school can do.. im not hear to trash talk people or think im better.. i came here to see if theres people who play football that can give me some tips on the offensive line.
