i can do 185 58x and 225 15x what's the big deal all it measures from what i hear from other coaches and scouts is that they do this to see your endurance level and can your motor go 5-8 series
ok i checked out your other videos..i believe you do alot of weight, BUT you arch your back and bounce. TO accept some criticism, u cheated on ur lifts by bouncing and arching....you only had to go halfway done. now either way good job considering i can only do 1200 at 16 but if you want to compete in weightlifting keep your back down and no bouncing
its awesome how strong u r. But u have to realize 48 reps is a joke the way you bench. the momentum gained when u BOUNCE THE WEIGHT OFF YOUR CHEST made u get that many.
